Free shipping on every lamp

Shipping is free on every order, no minimum.

Production time

Every Niko Lamp is made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for pouring, curing, sanding and wiring before your order ships.

Delivery time

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7–15 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number by email the moment your lamp leaves the workshop.

Tracking not moving?

If your tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days, email tmart.business7@gmail.com and we will chase it down for you.

Delays and addresses

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or an incorrect address entered at checkout, but we will always help you sort it out. Please double-check your address before placing your order.

Packaging

Each lamp ships in a foam-lined double box. If it still arrives damaged, send us a photo within 7 days and we will replace it.
