Products

All products are handmade to order. Colors, resin swirl, smoke patterns and wood grain vary from piece to piece and may differ slightly from photos. That variation is part of the product and is not a defect.

Pricing and orders

Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock limitations. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, you will receive a full refund.

Shipping and returns

Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

Intellectual property and affiliation

Niko Lamps is an independent maker. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise connected to Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or any of their affiliates. All third-party names, marks and imagery belong to their respective owners. Our own photos, copy and designs may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our lamps are decorative items; use them on a stable surface and away from water.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States.
